Tämä näyttely koostuu kahdesta veistosinstallaatiosta kahdessa erillisessä huoneessa, joissa molemmissa käytin materiaalina pahvia, paperia ja tekstiä. Molemmissa teoksissa oli tärkeää tuoda esiin materiaalin liha ja yhdistää se lainauksiin, jotka ilmaisevat fyysisyyttä henkisessä tilassa. Ensimmäisessä teoksessa olen käärinyt itseni pahviin saadakseni ihmiskehon mitatun muodon. Monipuolisen pintamateriaalileikin jälkeen kuvitin nuo bodybackit näyttämään eräänlaiselta kuivalta lihalta. Kun työskentelin näiden muotojen kanssa, luin Alexander Lowenin kirjaa "Kehon kieli". Hän on psykoterapeutti, joka käyttää Wilhelm Reichin löytämää menetelmää Bioenergistä analyysiä, jossa fyysisiä liikkeitä ja ilmaisuja käytetään tuomaan esiin yhteys tunteisiin ja mieleen. Kirjassaan hän käyttää potilaidensa tarinoita selittäessään hoitonsa toimintoja. Tein satunnaisia valintoja ja valitsin tästä kirjasta lauseita tai lauseiden osia lisättäväksi teokseen. Pääasiassa valikoimasta keskityin traumaattisiin tapahtumiin potilaiden historiassa ja muistissa. Tämän seurauksena teoksesta tuli eräänlainen museologinen asetelma emotionaalisista kokemuksista, jotka palautuvat kehomme lihaan.
This exhibition included two sculpture installations in two separated rooms in witch both of them I used as material cardboard, paper and text. In both of the works was important to bring out the meat of the material and combine it with quotes that express the physicality in mental state. In the first work I have wrapped myself in the cardboard in order to have the measured shape of human body. After with diverse play of surface materials I illustrated those bodybacks into looking like sort of dry meat. While I was working with these shapes I was reading the book from Alexander Lowen "Language of the Body". He is psychotherapist that is using Wilhelm Reich's found method Bioenergedic analysis where physical movements and expressions are used to bring out the connection to emotions and mind. In his book he uses his patients stories anonymously to reflect and explane the functions of his treatment. I did random selections and chose sentences or part of sentences from this book to add together with the work. Mainly from the selection I focused on the traumatic events in the history and memory of the patients. As a result the work became a sort of museological set up of emotional experiences that are restored in the meat of our body.
